Welcome to RateMyLooks! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RateMyLooks mobile application (the “App”) and website (the “Site”), collectively referred to as the “Service,” provided by RateMyLooks (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
RateMyLooks is a fun and engaging application that allows users to upload images and receive interesting ratings or feedback based on AI analysis, gamified elements, and community interaction. Features include image upload, unique rating categories, gamification (unlockable styles, AI captions/stickers, mini-games), social media sharing, and community engagement (reactions, leaderboards, peer ratings).
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Our Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RateMyLooks and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Your User Content
You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by uploading User Content to the Service, you grant RateMyLooks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Service. This license is solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service and researching and developing new ones.
5. AI Analysis and Ratings
The AI-driven ratings, feedback, captions, and stickers provided by the Service are generated for entertainment and engagement purposes only. They are based on algorithms and may be subjective or humorous.

We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the ratings or feedback provided by the Service.

The Service may include gamification elements such as unlockable styles, mini-games, and challenges. It also includes community features like leaderboards, reactions, and peer ratings. Your participation in these features is subject to these Terms and any specific rules or guidelines provided for those features. We expect all users to interact respectfully within the community.
7. Social Media Sharing
The Service allows you to share your ratings and content on third-party social media platforms. When you use this feature, you are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for the content or your interactions on third-party platforms.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or follow any in-app account deletion process.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. RATEMYLOOKS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL RATEMYLOOKS, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless RateMyLooks and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) User Content posted on the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction - e.g., State of California, United States], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
